    Nana Benneh


    Nana is an experienced banker with more than 15 years professional experience in Ghana, United Kingdom, Uganda and South Africa and has managed business with over $3billion in assets and clients business. He is currently the Executive Head for Personal and Business Banking-Stanbic Ghana Limited and an Executive Committee member of the bank.  Nana has an MBA from the London Business School and holds a BA (Hons) in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Ghana. He also holds a Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Bankers, UK and is an Authorised Dealing Officer of the Ghana Stock Exchange.

    Nana has over 18 years experience in the investment banking industry in Ghana. Prior to founding Bora Capital, Nana was the CEO of Fidelity Securities where he worked for over 5 years. He has previously worked as a Regional Investment Officer in Ecobank Capital, where he led over $200mn in capital market deals in West and Central Africa and served as a key member of the team that structured the raising of $2.5bn equity capital for the Ecobank Group.

    He also served as Head of Corporate Finance at Merchant Bank Ghana where he led key M&A transactions including the AngloGold Ashanti merger, Société Genérale’s acquisition of SSB Bank and the public offers of Ghana Breweries, Accra Brewery, Mechanical Lloyd and HFC Bank. Nana has an MBA from Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota in the USA, BA Economics and Computer Science from the University of Ghana and an ACIB (Chartered Banker) from England & Wales.

    Edem has over 9 years experience in investment banking and financial services with a transaction and structuring history worth over $2 billion across Africa, South Africa and UK. He presently works with Tullow Oil as a Commercial Analyst mainly on the company’s gas commercialization and negotiations team in Ghana.

    Prior to joining Tullow, Edem worked with Ecobank Capital in Johannesburg as a Strategy Consultant on the bank’s alliance with Nedbank, and simultaneously as Head of equity research for Ecobank Group. As a member of Ecobak Group Research, Edem participated and led teams in producing strategic research output to manage over $7billion in balance sheet and loan portfolio for Ecobank across Africa. Edem also worked with Databank Financial Services as a research analyst in Accra, Ghana, where he co-authored the Databank Universal Economic School (DUES).

    Edem holds a MSc. in Energy Trade and Finance from Cass Business School, City University in UK, and a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Ghana.

    Leticia has over 12 years banking experience and considerable experience in Marketing, Sales Management, Customer Service, Credit Appraisal and Analysis within varied industries.  Letitia is currently a Relationship Manager with Ecobank’s Local corporate Unit.
    She previously worked with Société General, Ghana (formerly SG-SSB Bank) for nine years holding the positions of head of Middle Office, Senior Business Credit Analyst and Head of Call Centre at SG-SSB. She brings to the team marketing experience in financial products, having been exposed to the insurance, equity markets, money market and corporate banking experience.  Letitia graduated with First Class Honours in Business Administration (Marketing) and also holds an MBA (Management Information Systems) from the University of Ghana. She is also a Professional Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers Ghana.

    Anthony is a young astute lawyer with rich experience in Corporate Law and Banking and a firm grasp of Human Rights and Labour Law. He worked as a pupil lawyer with Zoe, Akyea & Co and then at the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) as a legal officer, assisting with investigating claims and writing legal opinions on varying issues, amongst other functions. Tony moved to Fidelity Bank in 2011 in the role of a legal officer, drafting agreements and instruments, prosecuting matters in court, advising management on legal issues and an assistant to the company secretary. He later worked as the Ag. Head of the Legal Department and the Company Secretary, supervising all legal matters in the Bank. He has a Qualifying Certificate in Law from the Ghana School of Law; an LLB and a B. A. (Hons) in English and History also from the University of Ghana, Legon.
